Both born and raised in Ascension Parish, our paths crossed in the sixth grade. We have attended school together, worked together, dated + married brothers, and are raising our babies together. Going into business together has always been a dream of ours so we really are living the dream, yall!

Co-Owner + Operations

I’m the practical half of The Petal Parlor. I keep things (and Brittiny) flowing. I’m a mother, wife, and avid reader. I love epics and fantasy! I also enjoy traveling and attending concerts.

I would describe my personal design style as modern, minimalistic, and edgy. My favorite flowers are scabiosa and roses.


A few fun facts about me:

  • I’m a big kpop fan.

  • My daughter is a cancer survivor.

  • You’ll never meet me with the same hair color twice.

Brittiny Babin Dumas

I am the creative half of the Petal Parlor! I am extremely passionate about florals + design. When I am not with my husband and two beautiful children, I enjoy scary movies, tea parties, and playing golf.

I would describe my personal design style as romantic, elegant, and fun! I’m not sure if I have a favorite flower but I do love garden roses, sweetpeas, and peonies.

A few fun facts about me:

  • I’m almost always in a dress or a skirt.

  • I’ve been hit by a car.

  • My cat and my son have the same name.
